Extra outside space was created by changing an existing window for a glass panelled door and building a deck on the side of this village house.  The property has a lovely big garden on this side of the house which was not able to be fully appreciated. Now, there is the option of sitting or dining outside and enjoying the garden and good weather without really leaving the house.

The deck is in Ipé wood, a very resistant, hard wearing tropical wood. The village Ferronnière made and installed the barrier and a set of steps down one side giving access to the garden from the deck.
